PICKLED CAULIFLOWER
Perfect for wraps, sandwiches and tacos, these have a slight bite contrasting the cool Cauliflower.
Ingredients:
3 cups cauliflower1 1/4 cups water (You may need more for filling the jar)1/2 cup rice wine vinegar1 tsp salt2 tsp sugar1 tbsp hot sauce1 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions:
Cut your cauliflower into bite sized pieces, think roughly the size you'd see them in a veggie platter. Add these to a mason jar or similar size Tupperware container.Add all your remaining ingredients to the jar. You may need to add a little more water to ensure all of your cauliflower is submerged. Shake the jar or stir the container to ensure every thing is mixed well and refrigerate.This is best if let to sit overnight but can be used in as little as 2 hours.
